Cancellation Policy

To make any reservation, 30% of the total fees are required upfront.

Initial payment:

To receive a full refund on your initial payment (minus any transfer fees), guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking or there must be reasons out of your control, like natural disaster or pandemic, that prevent the reservation.

If guests cancel 60 or more days before check-in, they will be paid 50% (minus transfer fees).

If guests cancel between 60 and 30 check-in, they will be paid 25% (minus transfer fees).

If guests cancel within 30 days of checkin, 0% of the payment will be returned.

Final Payment

For the final payment 10 days before, it’s non refundable unless there is some kind of natural disaster or circumstance preventing

travel, that is outside of the customers control.
