Arriving to La Vida Resort
The best way to arrive at La Vida Resort is fly from Panama City to Bocas Del Toro Airport with Flytrip, AirPanama or FlyBocas, where we can collect you by boat.
You can also fly from San Jose, Costa Rica with Sanza.
If coming from David or Boquete by road, we recommend getting the Panabocas speedboat service to Loma Partida Where we can collect you by boat, or you can come from Almirante to Isla Colon but this takes longer.
If coming from Puerto Viejo, Costa Rica we recommend coming via Almirante to Isla Colon. where we collect you.

Visit Isla Zapatillas, Dolphin Bay, Starfish Island & Cayo Coral
Explore 2 paradise islands in the Carribaen! This is the archipelagos greatest attraction. Snorkel on pristine reef in crystal clear water and walk the white sand shores where giant turtles nest. You may see sting rays, dolphins and tons of colorful fish. This is where they film the hit TV show Survivor.
Look for Dolphins in Dolphin Bay with one of our guides, visit Coral Caye for lunch at an over water restaurant and more amazing snorkeling. Visit Starfish Island for more snorkeling and to see the iconic orange starfish for more snorkeling before heading to La Vida Resort.

Visit Red Frog Beach
Discover the stunning Red Frog beach and enjoy a fantastic restaurant. If your adventurous book the jungle canopy zip line or a surf lesson.
From here you can hike to the more remote Polo Beach.

Visit Pollo Beach
Discover one of the archipelagos best untouched areas, Polo Beach has great snorkeling from the shore, and you can often have lunch with Mr Polo, a local Panamanian who lives on the beach and often cooks lobster of fish dinners. From here you can hike to the more remote Red Frog Beach. This tour is only possible when the sea is calm.

Visit Salt Creek Community & The Sloths
Discover a remote indigenous community surrounded by pristine Jungle. This community is home to Ngabe people, an indigenous population of Panama who live from the land. Hike into well maintained Jungle trails or spot local wildlife with a guide. You can see Sloths, Monkeys, Night Monkeys, Poison Red Frogs, Dwarf Cayman and hundreds of Birds. Learn about the Ngabe way of life, or visit a natural chocolate farm.
